At SplitBox, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our 3-day return policy gives you time to make sure our Pro or Enterprise plan is the right fit for you.

1. Eligibility for a Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within **three (3) calendar days** of your initial subscription purchase (either Monthly or Yearly plan).

  • This policy applies only to your first subscription with SplitBox. It does not apply to renewal payments.
  • The 3-day window begins on the date of purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for the Analytics Add-on.
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within the 3-day eligibility period by sending an email to support@splitbox.in with the following details:

  • The email address associated with your SplitBox account.
  • The date of your purchase.
  • The reason for your refund request (your feedback is valuable to us!).

We will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing times. Upon a successful refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free Plan.
